Yet another from the Ellwoodii family. The white flecks of the foliage are brightest in the spring. Keep well fed and watered to get the best from this variety.

This is one of the better known Lawson conifers. Its bright gold slender column is seen in numerous gardens. Height in 10yrs 6ft (2m)

Tamariscifolia
This bush can get to be quite big but is well worth growing in the right place. The foliage is very dark green and grows in layers that overlap each other.

Golden flecks if not large sprays

of foliage make this a noticeable conifer. It is however prone to keeping moisture in the foliage so can brown off and then look untidy.

CHAMAECYPARIS OBTUSA

This family comes from Japan and is so called because of its obtuse (blunt ended) leaves with white waxy X -shaped marks underneath.

Fernspray Gold
Brilliant gold thread-like foliage which arches from the branches. Very attractive in the winter. Good for planting on a rockery.

Nana Aurea
Compact dwarf conifer with golden foliage, ideal for container growing. Height in 10 years 60cms.

Nana Gracilis
